When Ian Holloway took over as Blackpool manager in the May of 2009 the club were still dreaming of the chance to ply their trade in the Barclays Premier League. Holloway inherited the club as a Championship side, the ambitions of which were perhaps to stay in the league for another season. Managers such as Arsene Wenger, Sir Alex Ferguson and Sam Allardyce (to name a few) have all been reprimanded in the past for making comments deemed inappropriate to The FA.
